If you're looking to clean up messes quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the best way to go. The best robot vacs and mops I've tested are top-quality in navigation and mapping as well as the ability to remove Cheerios as well as tangled wires, and fake dog turds without leaving them behind.
You can also schedule cleaning tasks through an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
If you're looking for the best robot vacuum and mop combo with bleeding-edge features you should consider the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile and was able to pick up human hair and pet hair nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish interface that includes a mini map of your home and some on-screen buttons for manual control.
The S8's Dirt Detection Technology enables it to change the cleaning mode in accordance with the amount of dirt. It will stop and wash its mopping pad more frequently when it encounters dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.
The mop roller has a number of other smart features, including docks that can be connected to the plumbing system in your home to wash and clean it without you having to refill the mop. You can also use voice commands to control the built-in voice assistant of the S8 that can be activated by saying "Hey Rocky" to specify room cleaning, modes, and granular controls with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking to buy a hands-free robot vacuum that can mop, the Yeedi Cube is one of the more flexible choices. It's one of the combinator robot vacuums that include mops that are also priced lower than other models.
Like many robovacs Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to begin, which includes setting up an account on the official app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once that's done, the robot can start vacuuming and mopping with ease.
It's worth noting that the mapping process takes quite a while, and it may require a few attempts before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate view of your space. Additionally the detection of objects can be hit or miss It was able to skim over furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a looser tassel and had to turn it over to get free. These are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those in need of an appliance that can do all of the above.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete offers a three-in-1 home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping feature a rotating motion like hand scrubbing which results in floors that are genuinely cleaned, not just cleaned. Its detachable stick-vacuum is a game changer that allows you to reach areas that a robotic vacuum can't.
This model is essentially the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with a slightly higher suction power of 8700Pa and other intelligent features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can be used to learn your home's environment and provide the ability to avoid obstacles in a dynamic manner. The app's smart feature allows you to customize a number of settings, including AI cleanings and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum and the mop returning to their charging base after each job to wash their pads and empty their dust bins, and put the waste in a self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean and prevents allergens from circulating. The battery's life is enough to remove large areas without the need for a charge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a top-quality robot vacuum and mop model that offers impressive features at affordable prices. It features powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a rotary floor brush for carpets, and a fantastic obstacle-avoiding. It also has an unique mopping method which uses a rolling device that is continuously spraying with water to collect dirt, and then dump it into the dirty water tank.
Its navigation system was efficient. best robot cleaner stayed clear of the stairs and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing. It struggled with fine particles and didn't always clear the thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also high, so it may be a less reliable set-and-forget model than others.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a docking systems that allow it to replenish its clean water tank, empty the dustbin, dry and wash the mop, as well as empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with an established schedule. You can control all of its functions using the Eufy app, which provides an easy overview and lots of configurability.

5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the top robot mowers available, and it offers impressive mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The LIDAR sensors for mapping can identify furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with a reasonable accuracy. The application allows users to adjust the map coverage, set up no-go zones, and even modify their cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush was designed to stop hair from wrapping itself around it. This is an issue for many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that rotate at 180 RPM, while applying upward pressure of up to 12N. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, which lifts the pads up when they're close to soft surfaces to prevent contamination of them.
The docking station is an unmanned maintenance center that automatically washes and dries the mops and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station also has integrated dust processing that compacts dust over 7 weeks of hassle-free operation unlike traditional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins every time they need to be empty.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars cheaper than the S8, this robot is a slick job of keeping my home office tidy and is able to take on the corners of my cramped apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to make an image of your area which allows it to know which areas to avoid. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can avoid things like toys and dog bowls (but not Poop), unlike many vacuums.
It has other great notable features, like a self-emptying dust bin and a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water and a side-reaching brush that can get to areas other mops miss. You can also alter the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.
Similar to the S8 model, it comes with multi-room smart mapping that can distinguish between carpets, laminate and hardwood with high-pile rugs. It can also avoid cleaning rooms that aren't filthy if you're trying to reduce time. If you have a variety of flooring options in your home and don't want to invest additional money for a Roborock that comes with advanced mapping capabilities this is a great option.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that can handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes, this robot is a great choice. It offers a broad range of features like the ability to empty the dustbin on its own and the water refill dock, and adjustable settings in the app. It's quite quiet, and it's able to maneuver between furniture legs and socks with ease. However, it isn't able to remove the tangled tassels of rugs, and its battery drains faster than other models in our tests.
With a cost of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and handy automation into a sleek design. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it did well. It also comes with a selection of cleaning options to suit your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' option for lightweight debris to the more powerful 'Turbo' mode for carpeted rooms. It will even automatically remove and reattach the mop pads, without getting your carpets soaked.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used in small spaces. It's extremely quiet and speedy, and it does a great job of getting around tight spots. It also does a very excellent job of pulling pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than the majority of its rivals however it doesn't sacrifice features. It has good suction power and can be programmed to take pictures of every object it chooses (i.e. chew toys, socks), and mark them in the app as 'not located' so that they will not be removed in future cleanings. The photos are secure and not linked to your account.
It is great at vacuuming, but not as good at mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped to the bottom of the bot and drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
